Our supervisors and inspectors will coordinate and control the appropriate bolted flange elements, its assembly and the safe use of the bolt tightening equipment assuring procedures and that Best Practices are used by all personnel, including of course, the subcontractors.

Their presence will not only assure
the quality of the work being done, but will also train, control, diagnose, explain and record data for the Joint Integrity System; they can be considered a communication channel between all departments and the field personnel.

There will be cases due to flange criticality, that our supervisors will have to use bolt elongation methods (such as Ultrasonics if required) to assure the exact residual loads.
