Our experience has shown that our bolt load calculations are capable of compensating both internal forces and external forces that affect the flange.

We offer complete bolt load calculations either for standard to custom or non-coded flanges. Our calculations contemplate ASME VIII, PVRC and EN1591, providing the optimized value for each flange and taking into account the bolt tightening method.

As part of our Leak Free Plant and Safe Bolted Joints System, these activities will result in a complete table including flange and operating details, TAGs, gasket and bolt material, ASME and PVRC load values, bolt tightening method and equipment, etc., and from these tables each bolted flange will have an independent bolt load calculation sheet linked to the appropriate procedures and checklists.
